Precisely on the pallet – with the modular construction of our pallet racking, we develop a system for you, which meets your spatial and logistical requirements. In this, the technology you use – from narrow aisle truck through racking operator unit to lifting cart – is given as much consideration as your individual work processes. Moreover, our pallet racking offers you the greatest possible flexibility in terms of future requirements: the system can be quickly and easily modified and extended at any time.

Generally, you can assemble the pallet racks yourself. Solid footplates ensure an even transfer of the load onto the floor, even in the case of high loads. A team from ELVEDI will be happy to help you with the assembly of complex racking systems if required.

In 2010, we took over the pallet racking product division of the Alser brand and we now produce the tried and tested racking ourselves. The Alser systems are pallet racks for Euro pallets and special solutions in the construction and timber / beverage markets. We offer you three different rack types with a regular frame height up to 7 m and an adjustment grid of 50 mm: M80, M90 and M110 with a frame depth from 800 to 1,200 mm. The frames consist of cold-rolled, multiple edged profiles – the PE type beams are produced in box profiles. In addition, we also supply the Alser beams of type BR50/90. The frame with the highest load capacity carries a weight of up to 24,000 kg with the first level off the floor at 1,400 mm. Beams are available in all standard lengths up to 3,600 mm.
